The role also involves ensuring compliance with local legislation and supporting readiness for new pay transparency requirements.

Requirements
* Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
* 3+ years' experience in compensation and benefits
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Experience with job evaluation and salary surveys
