Early Careers & Engineering Coordinator Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as an Early Careers & Engineering Coordinator. This role supports both the People and Engineering teams, providing a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is good at organizing tasks, and wants to support early careers talent in a technical environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate the Engineering Mentor/Mentee programme - maintain register, track feedback, and ensure compliance.
* Maintain and update the Engineering Skills Matrix and CPD Register every 6 months, analyze trends, and coordinate any follow-up training.
* Attend Engineering Leads Meetings, draft minutes, and manage the Action Register.
* Support Engineers Ireland accreditation submissions.
* Manage Engineers Ireland membership records.
* Liaise with the People team to plan and coordinate college visits.
* Keep Engineering Team SharePoint pages and Training Calendars up to date.
* Support reporting and data analysis for engineering training and development activities.
Early Careers Support
* Schedule check-ins with graduates and coordinate feedback collection for all training.
* Ensure timely communication around upcoming training sessions - send reminders, manage diaries, and inform line managers.
* Collate CVs for early careers candidates (graduates, apprentices, interns) and liaise with hiring managers to schedule interviews.
* Engage with university partners and sponsorships - identify opportunities and support engineering and resourcing teams with planning.
* Organize travel and logistics for early careers training and UK visits.
* Represent the organization at school visits, careers fairs, and early careers events.
* Assist with planning of early careers inductions, training sessions, and cohort-wide events.
