As a property solicitor, you will be responsible for managing residential and commercial conveyancing transactions. This involves conducting thorough title investigations, including reviewing planning searches, title deeds, and mortgage documentation.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of property law, including Stamp Duty regulations and tax implications in property transactions. You must also be able to draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of post-qualification experience in conveyancing, with experience in both residential and commercial property transactions. They should also possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
