This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled chef to further develop their career in a professional and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards.
Manage a specific section of the kitchen and ensure its smooth operation.
Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with menu planning and development.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
Monitor stock levels and assist in stock ordering and rotation.
Train and support junior kitchen staff where required.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace at all times.
Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional kitchen environment.
Requirements: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up.
Excellent knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy kitchen.
A passion for delivering high-quality food consistently.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Full eligibility to work in Ireland (valid work permit, if required).
