Duties of the Kitchen Porter include but not limited to:
* ·Assist Chef to clean the kitchen daily and with the scheduled deep cleaning.
* Empty and clean waste bins
* Clean grease trap machines
* Maintain a high standard of hygiene throughout the kitchen and all areas
* Pot wash and clean additional equipment as scheduled
* To keep the kitchen fridges and freezers clean
* To accept deliveries by checking off the delivery
* To put deliveries away using stock rotation
* Clean Toilets
* To advise the if there's any discrepancies with the deliveries
* Ad hoc and Related Duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €13.55-€15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
