Job Title: Operational Excellence Lead
We are seeking an experienced and skilled operational excellence lead to join our organization. This is a key leadership role that will enable the development of high-performing teams across the organization through embedding industry business excellence systems.
About The Role
This role reports directly to the Head of Performance and works closely with all teams and leaders to drive daily continuous improvement and superior 6-D performance. Key responsibilities include:
* Embedding industry business excellence systems (OpEx principles, methodologies, tools, competencies) across all levels and teams.
* BUILDING OPEX COMPETENCIES within all levels of the organization through structured programs and on-the-job learning.
* Coaching and mentoring in OpEx methodologies and processes as well as driving a continuous improvement culture across the organization at all levels.
* Identifying various Operation Excellence Initiatives that create additional bottom-line impact by successfully executing improvement projects.
Your Requirements
The ideal candidate must have:
1. A proven record of accomplishment in Continuous Improvement Lean/Six Sigma Management Methodologies & Tools - Skillful coach-facilitator of cross-functional teams Change management experience Business acumen strong problem-solving abilities Project management experience Demonstrable competency project plans milestones timelines resources etc Proven ability influence without direct authority Strong communication collaboration skills ability engage empower employees Lean Six sigma Master Black Belt or Black Belt Certification OR Equivalent Skills LEAN Manufacturing BLACKBelt OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT CHANGE MANAGEMENT Benefits VHI PENSION HYBRID BONUS
