Job Title – ForemanProject – Commercial & IndustrialJob Location – CorkSalary – €70K - €80K + package + vehicleAbout the CompanyFantastic opportunity to work with a Tier 2 Main Contractor with a strong foothold in the Cork area.They are keen to chat to experienced Foremen about a range of projects they have starting in Q1 2024 - residential, commercial and industrial/ pharma.Projects range in value from €1M to €30M across Cork City & County.The RoleCoordination and supervision of the completion of new build developments.Oversee the project and manage manpower on site including, direct staff, trades and subcontractors over multiple sites.Report to and support the Site Manager.Attend weekly toolbox talk and whiteboard meetings.Read and interpret drawings to ensure works completed are accurate.Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, ordering of materials and meeting deadlines.RequirementsA Degree in Construction Management or Trade QualificationProven record of managing the construction of projects valued over €3M would be desirableIdeally Carpentry, Joinery or Engineering BackgroundMinimum of 5 years’ experience working with a Main ContractorFor any additional information on the role, please contact David Bridges at Inform3 Recruitment.INFORM3 Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
