Right now, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our residential project in Oldtown.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget as agreed by effectively and appropriately overseeing all issues surrounding risks, contracts, operations and communications
* Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of a large-scale site
* Review high-level deliverables across site
* Implement quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology
* Manage project scope and mitigates risk across projects
* Attend Health and Safety meetings with site team and subcontractors
* Ensure that everyone on site is working in accordance with the Health & Safety policy and procedures
* Ensure that all required materials are identified and ordered in a timely fashion in line with the program
* Take the lead in ensuring the effective management of performance and budgets, ensuring they are well-coordinated and runs in accordance with the agreed contract program
* Manage a direct labour workforce
* Manage all sub-contractors
* Work with and manage the site management team
Requirements
* Degree/Higher Diploma/HETAC qualification (or relevant trade experience)
* Significant site management experience on residential projects
* Background in residential developments essential
* Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
* A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects
* Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical nature are key
* The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
