Ethos Care is a leading multi-site residential care group, is seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join its senior leadership team.
This is a key executive role with overall responsibility for driving operational performance, organisational effectiveness, and sustainable business growth across a national portfolio of services.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO will play a pivotal role in executing the organisation's strategic vision, ensuring that operational structures, systems, and teams are aligned to deliver high-quality, consistent, and efficient services.
The role requires a strong focus on performance management, governance, and continuous improvement within a regulated environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for translating strategy into clear operational plans and measurable outcomes, leading multi-site operations, and embedding a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
As COO, you'll take ownership of day-to-day performance across our nursing home network, ensuring each home is running effectively, safely, and in line with our values.
You'll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to turn strategy into action-and results.
