We are seeking an experienced Project Foreman to manage, coordinate, and supervise site activities, including subcontractors, resources, and daily operations.ResponsibilitiesHealth & SafetyEnsure compliance with company Safety Statement and statutory requirements.Implement and maintain HSQE policies and site safety systems.Conduct inductions, toolbox talks, daily task planning, and RAMS reviews.Carry out regular HSQE inspections and address corrective actions.Quality & Environmental ManagementMonitor works to meet specifications, drawings, and quality standards.Identify and rectify defects; raise NCRs when necessary.Ensure compliance with Waste Management Permits and environmental regulations.Planning & CoordinationSupervise site labor, plant, and subcontractors efficiently.Develop and implement lookahead programmes to maximize productivity.Report progress to Site Agent/Project Manager and liaise with stakeholders.Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate site records, permits, RAMS, and daily diaries.Participate in site meetings and ensure HSQE actions are closed out.Commercial AwarenessMonitor costs, productivity, and resource usage to stay within budget.Identify delays, variations, or inefficiencies affecting time or cost.People ManagementLead and motivate the site team, assign daily tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.Foster effective communication and a positive, safe working culture.Resolve issues and conflicts promptly to maintain smooth operations.RequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience supervising construction works in Ireland or the UK.Proven track record delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.Completion of Site Safety Supervisor training (or equivalent).Strong understanding of HSQE principles.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Full clean driving license.Proficiency in written and spoken English.Right to work in Ireland without visa sponsorship.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:FlexitimeWork Location: In person
