Coordinating Patient Care Specialist
* Coordinate and manage end-to-end administration support for public referrals, ensuring seamless patient experiences.
* Collaborate with medical secretaries to deliver timely and high-quality care to patients.
* Verify receipt of NTPF referrals and external hospital referrals, maintaining accurate records.
* Communicate effectively with patients and create weekly reports to NTPF.
The Coordinating Patient Care Specialist plays a vital role in supporting safe, punctual, and effective patient experiences throughout the hospital. They will work closely with various teams, including medical secretary, ward, pre-assessment nurses, scheduling, accounts, and consultant’s secretaries.
Key Skills:
* Strong background in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) with excellent organizational skills.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to adapt and learn new operational systems/software, remaining up-to-date with industry developments.
