Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Sales Associate to support our management team. In this key role, you will motivate team members, help achieve sales targets, and maintain a safe, efficient store environment.

* Skilled in guiding and coaching others

Responsibilities
* Providing a premium, genuine, and tailored customer service experience
* Acting as a role model, inspiring and guiding your team with integrity and warmth
* Driving sales by monitoring KPIs and leading by example
* Collaborating with store leadership to communicate the business plan
* Sharing in-depth product and brand knowledge with customers and team members
* Supporting store operations and team development
* Conducting team briefs and participating in meetings
