Job Title: Construction Site Manager & Project Lead ----------------------------------- About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering projects from start to completion, ensuring they meet Health and Safety, Quality, Budget, and Programme objectives. They will also contribute to maintaining a high level of quality across the brand through support and innovation. Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule project timelines using suitable planning software. Ensure adequate resources are available on-site. Monitor project progress weekly for record purposes according to established procedures. Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation measures accordingly. Inform senior management about any delays in advance. Produce monthly reports outlining program status, health safety data current finance (in conjunction with QS), as well as other relevant metrics required by various contracts.
