About The Role
Flogas Energy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth and visibility of our brand across both residential and commercial energy markets in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. This role is central to building awareness, generating leads, driving customer recruitment, and strengthening retention through multi-channel marketing efforts.
About The Role
Flogas Energy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth and visibility of our brand across both residential and commercial energy markets in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. This role is central to building awareness, generating leads, driving customer recruitment, and strengthening retention through multi-channel marketing efforts.
Please not this is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive B2C and B2B marketing campaign calendar across ROI and NI.
* Collaborate with marketing, creative, and media agencies to execute impactful campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
* Coordinate cross-functional marketing activities with internal teams including sales, product, and brand.
* Work with branding agencies to support the integration of Budget Energy with the Flogas brand.
* Oversee website content updates to ensure energy pages are current and relevant.
* Support social media content creation aligned with campaigns and brand goals.
* Conduct customer and competitor research to inform strategic decisions.
* Analyse marketing campaign effectiveness using analytics and reporting tools.
* Develop sales collateral and training materials for brokers and sales teams.
* Plan and manage internal marketing communications and staff engagement initiatives.
* Support event planning, including trade shows, pop-up shops, sponsorships, and experiential marketing.
* Assist in developing and promoting customer loyalty initiatives like the Flogas E-Store and Feelgood Rewards.
* Collaborate with the LPG marketing team on integrated campaigns.
* Support commercial teams with research and special projects as needed.
* Maintain high standards of compliance and regulatory awareness in all marketing activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a proactive and enthusiastic marketing professional with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. They bring experience in sales, marketing, or business development, along with a solid understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and people management experience are key. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns across diverse markets. Familiarity with compliance in a regulated industry is essential, and a full clean driving licence is preferred due to travel requirements.
