Job Description:
A leading developer is seeking to recruit an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist with strong residential project experience to join the team as a Design Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the pre-construction phase and coordinating early-stage design activities across multiple residential developments.
Playing a critical role in design reviews, technical assessments, and ensuring alignment with central design standards during the pre-construction phase. Reporting to the Design Lead, they will support cross-functional teams through planning, design, and early delivery.
