Providing a high level of service to meet both technicians & customer's parts requirements Observing and ensuring compliance with FORD Ireland standards for the proper management of the parts department Handling parts enquiries in person, by telephone & by email Ordering, tracking, receiving & identifying stock & checking in goods from suppliers Store items in an orderly & accessible manner in parts department & ensuring accurate identification of parts Maintaining an excellent working relationship with colleagues in all departments Delivering high levels of customer service through efficient communication Being highly organised and able to work on your own initiative Workining to deadlines and targets Ensuring cleanliness & tidiness of work areas at all times Key Competencies: Previous experience essential Friendly, approachable manor Strong communication skills Ability to be reliable and dependable Ability to multitask in a very busy and fast paced environment Being a team player able to assist other members of staff Computer literate essential Benefits: On-site parking KPI related bonus Company vehicle Phone Fuel card Annual leave Employee discount Job Type: Full-time
