Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities to expand our market presence.
This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills, with a proven ability to convert opportunities into long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and Develop Opportunities
Research and identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
Generate leads through networking, events, cold calling, social media, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Act as the main point of contact for key accounts.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving new business.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
Develop business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Track, analyze, and report on business development performance.
Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to guide strategy.
Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Provide feedback to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Experience in (insert relevant industry, e.g., financial services, SaaS, outsourcing, etc.) is an advantage.
