Construction Project Manager
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will take full ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring works progress safely, on schedule, and within budget. They will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain efficient workflow and resolve issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take full ownership of day-to-day site operations

* Monitor programme milestones and prepare progress reports
* Manage health & safety on site
* Liaise closely with commercial teams on cost control and procurement planning
* Facilitate regular site meetings
* Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years' experience working as a Project Manager on residential or commercial construction projects. They will also possess a relevant construction-related qualification (degree, diploma, or trade background with proven site management experience).
