Job Opportunity
As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, supporting reporting activities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve queries and ensure accuracy.
* Manage accounts receivable/accounts payable operational tasks including claims runs and broker runs
* Handle financial queries and tickets in the afternoon (e.g., duplicate charges, payment issues)
* Support daily banking activities and reconciliation processes
* Maintain accurate financial records and assist with internal controls
You will also develop an understanding of premium flows and support operational reporting, work cross-functionally across operations, claims, and compliance, and contribute to process improvements as the business scales.
Required Skills
* 2-3 years' experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or a similar finance operations role
* Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Effective communicator who can work collaboratively with teams across the organization
* Proactive, organized, and comfortable improving processes and controls
