Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and cooking main courses.

Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
* Excellent knowledge and skills in professional cookery.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
