Lead Salesforce Technical Analyst required to join a financial services technology team. Youll lead the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce solutions that underpin critical business processes in a complex, regulated financial environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical design, configuration, and integration of Salesforce across multiple business units. Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce solutions. Act as the primary Salesforce subject-matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentorship to analysts, developers, and administrators. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of enhancements, integrations, and platform improvements. Ensure all Salesforce implementations align with enterprise architecture principles, data governance standards, and financial regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to deliver high-quality outcomes. Manage and maintain relationships with Salesforce partners and vendors. Drive continuous improvement and platform optimization using best practices and emerging Salesforce technologies (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, MuleSoft, Einstein AI). About You 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3+ years in a senior or lead technical capacity. Proven track record implementing Salesforce solutions within banking, insurance, or financial services organizations. Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integration patterns. Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Familiarity with data security, compliance, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS, or local financial regulations). Salesforce certifications highly desirable (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or Financial Services Cloud Specialist). Experience with Agile delivery, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset.
