This is an excellent opportunity for a Programme Manager to play a key role, for an extremely important project, at this point in the organisations transformation.
The Ideal Person The Programme Director is seeking a hands-on individual with at least 7 years experience to assist in prioritising, defining and driving delivery of the projects roadmap Highly developed change management skills underpinned by theory and experience of successfully managing change including service improvement and modernisation.
Demonstrate evidence of personal responsibility for achieving measurable improvements.
Demonstrate evidence of personal responsibility for achieving significant measurable business improvements, at an organisational level, across a range of management activities in pursuit of strategic corporate objectives.
Excellent leadership and influencing skills underpinned by experience of securing the cooperation and agreement of others on an individual and group basis.
Demonstrate evidence of experience in managing people.
Demonstrate evidence of financial budgetary management.
Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting the development and delivery of an enterprise-scale solutions Ensure that Programme and Project methodologies are rigorously applied to all aspects of the Programme.
Responsible for alignment of project progress against business case objectives/strategy.
Sets parameters for the prioritisation of resources and the changes to be implemented.
Leads the on-going monitoring and review of the programme for impact on current business activities and the strategic benefits to be realised.
Remuneration: The salary on this role is in line with the HSCNI BAND 8 B pay scale.
