to join a high-impact Global Risk Operations team dedicated to maintaining the integrity and safety of a world-leading digital platform.

designed for critical thinkers who understand the nuance of cultural context and regional policy.
The Role: Protecting the Digital Ecosystem
As a Quality Specialist, you will support the review of complex workflows managed by Global Operations, ensuring that platform policies are applied accurately and consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Moderation:
Review sensitive topics including hate speech, misinformation, bullying, and child safety to ensure a secure user environment.
Special Operations (HERO & DOI):
Manage viral/meme content and monitor activities related to dangerous organizations.
Cultural Context:
Apply high-level awareness of political and social situations regarding the L
atinamerican market
to make nuanced policy decisions.
Authenticity & Access:
Perform ID reviews and manage escalation flows to prevent fraud and impersonation.
Who You Are:
Language Proficiency:
Native or proficient in
Spanish
with a B2 level of
English
.
Critical Thinking:
Ability to think logically and make high-stakes decisions based on complex policy guidelines.
Emotional Intelligence:
The resilience and empathy required to handle sensitive content professionally.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills.
Security Clearance:
Must be able to pass comprehensive background checks, including Right to Work, Criminal Record, and Credit checks.
Location:
Fully
Onsite in Dublin City Centre
(No remote/hybrid option currently available).
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Shifts:
Fully flexible across Mon–Sun, 08:*******:00.
Contract:
Permanent.
Training:
4 weeks of comprehensive onsite training in Dublin.
Note: No holiday requests are permitted within the first 8 weeks to allow for full training.
