A fantastic Irish Law firm in Dublin are on the search for a Legal Secretary to support their Property team who focus on both Commercial and Residential transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that is on the crest of a wave at the moment with huge focus on growth and investment. Working in a busy, vibrant team this is a role that will be extremely broad and interesting, right in the centre of the department.

The Role
* Diary and file management for fee earners
* Assist a team of fee earners with high quality PA work
* Work closely with other support staff in the team
* Land Registry & Registry of Deeds
* Monitoring and updating property registration tracking
* Evolve data input and accuracy
* Audio transcribing
The Person
* Background as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary (2yrs+) with some property experience
* Strong MS Office knowledge
* Organisation and prioritisation skills
* Some knowledge of case management software
* Version control expertise/knowledge
