Care Leader Position
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our care team and provide high-quality support to young people in a residential setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting independence, contributing to the day-to-day running of the service, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
* Full driver's license is required for this role.
* Residential experience working with young people is essential for success in this position.
* A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or CORU registration is preferred.
* Three years' experience working at social care grade with children is necessary for this leadership role.
