About the Team
We are looking for an experienced leader to own and drive the Content & Tenant Build organization within Deployment Technology. This leader guides internal product and development, as well as partner across field services and GPO to reimagine how Workday delivers, stores, and migrates configuration content across tenants.

By delivering capabilities across Content, Content Storage, Orchestration, and Content Migration technologies, this leader will help reduce time-to-value for customers, scale repeatable deployment patterns, and enhance the overall Workday deployment experience.
This role will lead a highly effective Product team composed of product managers and implementers.
About the Role
* Lead the Content & Tenant Build domain including architecture, development and operations across content creation, storage, orchestration, and migration capabilities used throughout the deployment lifecycle.

* Partner closely across P&T, Partners (GPO) and Customer Experience (CX) to simplify how customers and partners configure and deploy Workday solutions.
* Guide engineering investments across full-stack components, from backend services and orchestration layers to developer tooling and APIs, enabling content-driven deployments and automation.
* Partner across P&T, CX, and Go-To-Market organizations to ensure alignment on deployment strategy and the flawless hand-off between product readiness, sales, and customer success.
* Measure and drive impact through quantifiable improvements in deployment velocity, adoption rates, and cost of ownership.
* Operate as a single point of accountability, with clear ownership of strategy, delivery, and outcomes.
About You
* 10 years of demonstrated ability leading product or engineering organizations within enterprise software, preferably SaaS platforms or intelligent systems.
* Proven track record to build and lead full-stack teams (product, engineering, data science, AI) with end-to-end accountability.
* Deep understanding of enterprise deployment and adoption cycles, including configuration, integration, and ongoing ownership.
* Strong background in AI/ML-driven products or data-intelligence platforms that deliver measurable customer value.
* Comfortable operating with high autonomy and clear accountability, consistent with Workday's single-threaded leadership model.
* Strategic thinker who can connect business priorities, customer needs, and technology execution.
* Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator with executive-level presence.
Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
