Within our company's headquarters in Limerick, you will find over 70 support staff working across a variety of functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Services, Purchasing, Human Resources and Logistics.Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedDirect Sales Marketing Support professional to join our marketing team. This role works closely with Sales Managers, the Marketing team, and internal departments to support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects. The position is also responsible for the management and ongoing updating of theSpeedy sales system, ensuring it is effectively maintained and actively utilised as a marketing and sales support tool. The role requires strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills, with the ability to contribute to both strategic marketing efforts and day-to-day operational tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Collaboration & Campaign SupportCollaborate with the Marketing team, Direct Sales Lead, and other internal teams on marketing strategies.Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing promotional events and campaigns, both traditional and digital.Attend promotional events and campaigns to facilitate their successful delivery.Communicate marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms to maximise reach and engagement.Content & Materials DevelopmentCreate marketing materials such as monthly newsletters, presentations, and incentive updates.Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents to support sales and marketing initiatives for example achievement letters.Ensure all materials align with company branding and messaging guidelines.Sales System & ReportingManage, maintain, and regularly update the Speedy sales system to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.Ensure the system is utilised as a marketing and sales enablement tool.Create and interpret a variety of reports to support marketing and sales performance tracking.Administrative & Operational SupportUndertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functionality and coordination of departmental activities.Provide general office support as required.Brand & Product KnowledgeDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's brand and products.Ensure all marketing communications accurately reflect brand values and product positioning.Skills & QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesExperience with CRM or sales systems (experience with Speedy is an advantage)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing toolsStrong attention to detail and a collaborative working style
