As a member of the Platform Management Team, you will implement product change across our EMEA product ranges, including fund launches, liquidations, mergers, rationalisations, regulatory changes and special projects. You will coordinate with functional areas such as investments, distribution, operations, technology, legal, compliance and risk, and manage UCITS products in Luxembourg, the UK and Irish Money Market Funds.
Responsibilities
Co‑ordinate and manage product initiatives with a focus on technical and end‑to‑end enterprise knowledge.
Project‑manage product initiatives from concept through to implementation with business partners.
Contribute across all phases of the product development lifecycle with emphasis on technical and regulatory business case inputs.
Successfully manage issues and risks related to each product initiative.
Manage expectations and elevate potential delays, issues and risks.
Continuously support business areas through product change.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of EMEA’s product strategy from an implementation/feasibility perspective.
Maintain close working relationships with investment‑management teams and distribution regarding new product ideas and regulatory change.
Take on ad‑hoc projects involving technical or regulatory change to develop end‑to‑end solutions.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in the investment management sector or financial services within a product function focused on technical end‑to‑end investment solutions.
Significant product implementation experience in a financial services organisation.
In‑depth knowledge of financial markets with investment experience a plus.
Understanding of functional areas that feed into the product process, with experience in one or more areas a plus.
End‑to‑end investment‑manager ecosystem knowledge a key requirement.
Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
Familiarity and experience with third‑party data/administration providers.
Degree level education or equivalent; CFA preferred.
Results‑driven and self‑motivated.
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and structured thinking skills.
Commercial and business acumen, strategic mindset, and collaborative leadership.
