Job Description for HR Manager
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Generalist to join our organization.
* Responsible for all HR metrics and use these to recommend and drive business performance management.
* Work collaboratively with the leadership team to provide coaching and expertise on complex, people-sensitive related issues.
* Lead workforce planning by carrying out gap analysis and executing effective plans to meet current and future needs of the organization.
* Develop succession plans with site management to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
* Oversee employee relations issues and provide accurate HR advice and support.
* Manage day-to-day HR services and department in an effective manner.
Key Requirements:
* degree/masters in HR or related discipline, CIPD qualification desirable.
* Minimum 2-3 years in a senior role as a HR Manager.
* Excellent practical knowledge of Irish employment legislation, policies and procedures.
* Approachable, personable, energetic with the highest standard of integrity.
* Commercial awareness with a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
* Experience in the Irish hospitality industry essential within a 4* or 5* property.
