Your role

* Collaborate with Product Specialists to understand and translate country-specific payroll compliance requirements into technical specifications for our payroll engine development.
* Educate the Product team on legislation, ensure correct implementation through testing.
* Maintain legislative specifications for reports and integrations, updating for new in-country requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
* Upskill the Product team on new in-country requirements and compliance awareness.

What we seek

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
* 4+ years payroll experience in the UK and/or Ireland with advanced knowledge of local payroll.
* Strong understanding of local payroll and HR regulations.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex issues clearly.
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
* Proficiency in English.
* Experience in multiple country jurisdictions and supporting multi-region payroll solutions is advantageous.
