Plant Manager – High-Volume Global ManufacturerLocation:DublinA high-volume global manufacturer is seeking an experiencedPlant Managerto lead site operations and drive performance across a complex, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a critical leadership role responsible for more than800 employeesacross Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Engineering, with full accountability for site delivery, operational excellence and a P&L in excess of€20 million.We are looking for a proven operational leader with a strong Lean mindset, a coaching style of leadership and the ability to influence, inspire and elevate teams through significant growth and change. Candidates fromFMCG, Automotive or Medical Devicemanufacturing will be particularly well suited to the environment.The OpportunityAs Plant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective performance.
