We have an exciting opportunity for a EP&R Bid Coordinator to join our team in Waterford.
The Bid Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of administration duties and provides coordination to support the Bid Manager, the Bid Department and the wider the Estimating Department.

What you will be doing
Review of Tender Documents to understand the key deliverables required as part of the tender return.
Setup of and management of the tender submission folder.
Assist with the production of high-quality content for inclusion in mid-tender, tender and post tender submissions and presentations including but not limited to the following:
Project Organograms.
CV for proposed team.
People over Time (POT) based on project requirements.
Labour requirements (Histograms etc...) for the project.
Project specific tender programme.
HSE requirements.
ESG requirements.
Contract review.
Preparation of Tender Governance Papers for review with Head of Estimating.
Updating tender log with submitted values, project start and finish dates and geographical locations.
Liaising the various stakeholders (internal and external) regarding the preparation of the necessary documentation for the tender return.
Attend Client meetings as required.
Any other reasonable and relevant duties as requested by your Manager, necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the company
Is this job for me?
Qualifications in an Electrical trade or engineering
Understanding of SLD's & Electrical drawings
Desirable to have experience in the EP&R construction Industry
Experience in Microsoft Project & Presentation.
Attention to detail is essential.
Good communication skills are essential.
Ability to work to deadlines and manage time efficiently.
Ability to multi-task essential (required to work on various projects at the same time).
PC Skills: IT literate, with experience of Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience with Microsoft Visio would be an advantage.
