Roles and Responsibilities Support financial aspects of acquisitions, including due diligence, assessment, and integration Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors during transactions Review financial data and identify risks or opportunities Assist with onboarding finance processes for newly acquired businesses Support preparation of legal and transactional documents from a finance perspective Contribute to wider financial planning and project initiatives Job Requirements Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) Experience in a finance role, exposure to M&A, audit, or financial due diligence is desirable Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Able to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team Skills: M&A finance analyst corporate finance audit accountant
