Bunzl Ireland is seeking an Internal Sales Advisor to join our team in Dublin. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to make a significant impact within our company. The successful applicant will take responsibility for developing a defined sales territory with a focus on achieving sales and margin budgets, managing existing customer relationships, and assisting in developing and expanding our product range for the relevant market. This is a fast-paced role, and the successful candidate will ideally have previously worked in a Telesales Role, and have strong telephone communication skills.
About the Role
In this position, the successful candidate will be tasked with generating new leads, nurturing business relationships, and consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets. This role demands exceptional communication skills and prior experience with outbound calling.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customer queries
* Process customer orders and issue relevant paperwork
* Provide support with Key Contracts administration
* Collate inter-company orders and liaise with other branches
* Update system with eliminated and inactive codes
* Win new business through cold calls and prospecting
* Meet individual and team sales targets
* Provide high-level customer service
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities
* Utilise online resources and social media for marketing
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, telesales, or account management
Required Skills
* Proven success in direct outbound sales is essential
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online marketing
* CRM experience
* Excellent telephone manner
