Job Description: As the PIC, you will lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality care, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. You'll be responsible for managing the team, creating a safe and nurturing environment, and developing personalized care plans for children.
Qualifications Required: A Level 7/ 8 qualification in Social Care, Nursing, or a related field. Minimum of three years' experience in a management role within a care setting. Excellent knowledge of HIQA standards.
