With over 20 years of excellence in hospitality, we deliver exceptional weddings, events, dining, and spa experiences.As our business continues to grow across our hotel, brasserie, and spa operations, we are seeking a highly capable professional to take ownership of our core financial, administrative, and HR systems.This is a key role within the organisation, supporting senior management and ensuring strong operational structure behind the scenes.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and organised person in Accounts, Administration & HR to oversee the day-to-day financial administration, HR coordination, and internal systems of the hotel.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, structure, and working closely with leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment.You will play a central role in maintaining financial accuracy, compliance standards, and people processes across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & AccountsOversee daily bookkeeping and invoice managementManage accounts payable and receivable processesComplete bank reconciliations and financial record accuracyCoordinate and prepare payroll informationSupport monthly management reportingMaintain financial compliance and documentationAdministration & ComplianceOversee office administration systems and documentationMaintain supplier agreements and internal contractsEnsure policies, procedures, and compliance records are up to dateSupport management reporting and operational documentationImplement and improve internal administrative systemsHR & People OperationsCoordinate recruitment processes from advertising through onboardingMaintain employee records in line with GDPR requirementsOversee timekeeping and attendance systemsSupport staff documentation, contracts, and compliance trainingAssist management with HR procedures and employee relations mattersEnsure professionalism and confidentiality in all HR activitiesIdeal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a confident and capable professional who brings:Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or multi-department environments (highly desirable)Strong knowledge of accounts administration and payroll processesExperience supporting HR administration and complianceHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systemsExcellent organisational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of their areaStrong attention to detail and discretionA proactive mindset with the confidence to improve systems where neededWhat We OfferFull-time permanent positionCompetitive salary (based on experience)Employee discount across hotel facilitiesMeals on dutyOn-site parkingSupportive senior management teamReal opportunity to grow with an expanding hospitality businessJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
