Funds Solicitor
We are working with a leading international law firm to recruit a Funds Solicitor for their high-performing investment funds team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 3–4 years’ PQE to work on complex, cross-border mandates for a client base that includes global asset managers, private equity firms, and hedge fund sponsors.
This market-leading team is recognised for its technical expertise, collaborative approach, and its work across a wide variety of fund structures, including UCITS, AIFs and bespoke vehicles.

The Role
As a Funds Solicitor, you will:
• Advise on the structuring, establishment, and operation of Irish fund products including UCITS and AIFs
• Draft, review, and negotiate fund documentation and related agreements
• Provide regulatory and governance advice across a broad range of asset classes
• Liaise with domestic and international clients on multi-jurisdictional transactions
• Support fund launches and assist with transaction documentation from an Irish legal perspective
• Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues and support junior team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing
The Person
• 3–4 years’ post-qualification experience in investment funds (ideally from a top-tier firm)
• Strong academic background and technical drafting skills
• Sound knowledge of Irish regulatory frameworks including AIFMD and UCITS
• Commercial awareness and a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international team environment
