Job Opportunity:
A seasoned joinery professional is sought to lead a team in managing direct labour, subcontractors, and trades. The successful candidate will ensure all stakeholders have adequate resources to complete works on time while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage direct labour, subcontractors, and trades
- Ensure all subcontractors, trades, and labour have adequate resources to complete works according to a tight schedule
- Manage health and safety delivery on site
- Oversee execution of work, including quality and production, ensuring crew works to job specifications following all plans
- Maintain site foreman's log & site reports
- Report on work progress as requested
Necessary Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role
- Joinery background
- Retail sector experience advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
- PC Skills
- Proficiency in: Joinery, Fit out Supervision
