Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Care Professional to support young people in a residential setting, promoting independence and person-centred planning.
* A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevant area is required.
* A clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking principles is essential.
* An understanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in care is necessary.
* Familiarity with HIQA policies and procedures, as well as Children's First guidelines and procedures, is highly valued.
* A full Clean Manual Driving License is also required.

* SUPPORTING YOUNG PEOPLE: Provide daily living support, promote independence, and facilitate person-centred planning for young people in our care.
* RISK ASSESSMENTS AND SAFEGUARDING: Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective safeguarding measures to ensure the well-being of young people.
* TEAMWORK AND COMMUNICATION: Collaborate with colleagues, family members, and other professionals to provide a cohesive and supportive environment.
