Payroll & Operations AnalystDuration: 2 Month ContractDay Rate: NegotiableLocation: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid Working)A global retailer is seeking an immediately availablePayroll & Operations Analystto join the business on an initial2-month contract. This is a hybrid role, requiring travel to theDublin office 2–3 days per week.Role OverviewThe Payroll & Operations Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational and administrative aspects of theExecutive population across ROI and the UK. This includes end-to-end lifecycle processes for Directors, such as offers, onboarding, payroll, and offboarding.The role ensures executive People & Culture operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with company policies and legal regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesOffer & OnboardingPrepare total reward packages for new hires and promotions, including supporting the Executive Reward Manager with side-by-side comparisonsPrepare job offers, including offer letters, contracts, and offer packsEnsure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and on timeExecutive Records & Data ManagementMaintain accurate, up-to-date executive records with full reconciliationGenerate reports and analytics as requiredCreate and maintain data and records to support efficient team processesPayroll ProcessingWork closely with outsourced payroll providersEnsure executive payroll records are accurate and currentPrepare payroll instructions and review payroll draftsEnsure payroll transactions are completed accurately and on scheduleReconcile payroll and benefits accounts each periodProduce payroll reports and summaries in conjunction with providersYear-End CycleSupport the Executive Reward Manager with delivery of the year-end timetableCreate documentation for executive performance reviews, including data collection and summary filesPrepare executive reward review files using accurate historic and current dataEnsure all documentation is right first time and easily translated into summary decksDraft year-end reward lettersReward & Benefits AdministrationAdminister executive benefits programmes, including enrolments, changes, and terminationsDraft responses to executive queries regarding reward and benefitsCompliance & Policy ManagementStay current with labour laws and regulationsSupport development and implementation of policies, processes, and proceduresAssist with internal and external auditsPrepare data for statutory reportingMaintain absolute confidentiality of sensitive dataEscalate compliance or legislative issues as requiredRedundancyCalculate redundancy payments and prepare documentation for colleagues in the UK and ROI (including non-executives)Maintain accurate records of redundancies and associated detailsOffboardingManage administration of the offboarding processEnsure return of company property and termination of system accessQualifications & ExperienceEssential:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience in Payroll and HR Operations or a similar roleStrong proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office SuiteSolid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practicesExcellent organisational and multitasking skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work to tight deadlinesDemonstrated discretion and confidentialityDesirable:HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR)Experience supporting executive lifecycle managementFamiliarity with HR systems and payroll softwareThe ideal candidate will bring strong payroll and HR operations expertise, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, executive-focused environment.If this opportunity is of interest, please apply to discuss the role and next steps in detail.
