Purpose
This role supports customer experience, operational efficiency and systems optimisation by ensuring process compliance, measuring system adherence and promoting great practice in all relevant endeavours.
Objectives
* Maximise system value, investigate new system opportunities.
* Monitor key experience points to ensure continuous stakeholder satisfaction.
* Reporting on compliance gaps or inconsistencies.
* Lead system selection and manage implementation and adoption
Key tasks and accountabilities
* Ensure SLT receive accurate and timely compliance reports
* Work with Marketing / Customer Success functions in managing accurate and relevant data
* Continuously review compliance gaps to identify patterns and resolutions
* As lead technology advocate, investigate new systems or plug ins that improve all experiences
* Work with SLT on the adaption of AI to operational outputs and goals
* Develop and curate process maps for all internal processes in the business
* Support the induction of new hires through the provision of system and compliance training
* Support the Finance function in the delivery of real-time company performance dashboards
* Continuously advocate for system compliance throughout the business
* Work closely with all levels in the business to identify process innovations and improvements
* Engage with CEO and HoF on developing a technology roadmap for the business
* Work with CEO and SLT to set out how all systems are to be used to ensure uniformity in file curation and management.
Hiring requirement
* Technical, Business or Finance degree, ideally but not essentially with a Masters in Technology or related area
* Five years plus post graduate experience
* Experience in systems planning or mapping and new systems adoption
* Prior or current experience working in a business to business service firm
