We are currently recruiting for a Catering Team Leader. This is a full time role.
Responsibilities
* Provide first line team liaison, monitoring, and supervision
* Ensure the highest possible hygiene standards within the department and Catering Assistant team in compliance with food safety legislation and HACCP
* Ensure the highest possible quality driven customer and patient centred standards within the Catering Assistant Team
* To mentor their work colleagues and work proactively as part of the Catering Team
* To attend and engage with departmental meetings
* To participate in training / refresher training as and when required
* To deal in a courteous and responsible manner with any complaints that may arise in the course of your duties reporting all incidents to departmental management.
Qualifications
* Background in Catering / Food Service
* Experience working in a Hospital or Healthcare setting
* HACCP/Food Safety training e
* Experience working in a team based environment
Garda Vetting is a requirement of this employment.
