Job Title: Construction Project Lead
About the Role:
You will have responsibility for overseeing multi-planned maintenance projects.
This includes:
* Managing in-house construction professionals, including Clerk of Works and Mechanical & Electrical Inspectors
* Appointing and managing external professional consultants
* Administering JCT contracts and NEC3 Short Contract for planned maintenance contracts
* Performance managing construction works, monitoring KPIs and applying Low Performance Damages as required under the contract
* Chairing various meetings at various stages of the contract
* Applying and monitoring performance management of contractors and consultants
Your Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:
* Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Building / Construction / Technical Discipline plus 2 years' relevant experience
* Possess a relevant BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma or qualification of an equivalent academic level plus 3 years' relevant experience in Building / Construction / Technical Discipline
