You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery, adoption, and optimisation of the platform.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, coordination, and delivery of the HRIS implementationCollaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and other business functions to define requirementsManage vendor relationships and ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are metOversee data migration activities, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and GDPR complianceDrive change management initiatives and lead end-user training sessionsMonitor project budgets, risks, and performance, ensuring a smooth go-live and hypercare supportAbout YouProven experience delivering HRIS implementation or HR transformation projectsHands-on knowledge of platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, Ceridian, or similarStrong project management and stakeholder engagement skillsExcellent communication and leadership capabilitiesUnderstanding of data governance, GDPR, and HR process optimisationPrevious experience in HR, IT, or digital transformation environments is highly desirable
