Role Description
Fixed Contract: One Year
This is a full-time, fixed contract on-site role for a Financial Controller, based in a luxurious property located in County Monaghan. The Financial Controller will oversee the financial operations and reporting within the organisation. Key day-to-day responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, conducting financial analyses, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role also involves offering strategic financial guidance to support decision-making processes and business objectives.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
* Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and assist with strategic decision-making
* Expertise in Accounting principles and practices
* In-depth knowledge in Finance and financial planning
* Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with professional certifications considered a strong advantage
* Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
* Prior experience in a similar finance or accounting role within the hospitality or tourism sector is highly advantageous
