NUA Manufacturing seeks a HR Coordinator to join its HR team. Reporting directly to the Senior HR Business Partner, this role is ideal for a HR professional with 1–2 years experience who is looking to broaden exposure across multiple HR areas. Weekly travel between our Carlow and Arklow facilities is required.This role offers hands‑on experience across recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, HR & Learning Management systems engagement, and project work, making it an ideal next step for someone looking to develop their HR career.The HR Coordinator supports day‑to‑day operation of the HR function across the employee lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain training matrix, training requests and ensure training records are up‑to‑dateMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentationPrepare HR reports and ensure the accuracy of employee dataAssist with employee engagement initiatives and wider HR projectsSupport the team with day‑to‑day HR operations and continuous improvement activitiesEnsure our HR and Learning Management systems are accurate and up‑to‑dateAssist the team with the full recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, onboarding new hires, and maintaining recruitment recordsWork with the team to ensure required information is provided to Payroll for processingSupport our managers with implementation and co‑ordination of HR processes including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance mattersAct as a first point of contact for employee HR queriesProvide administrative support across employee relations processes, including note‑taking during meetings and investigationsAssist with the review and updating of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooksKey Skills & Experience – Essential1‑2 years’ experience in a HR Administrator/Coordinator role, or similarGood knowledge of HR practices and Irish employment lawRelevant qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related disciplineStrong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
