Overview We are seeking two dedicated Site Admin Assistants to join the team for long-term assignments.
These roles will provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance with site requirements.
Role 1: EHS Team Support Work closely with the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team to assist with documentation, reporting, and compliance activities.
Support site safety processes, including visitor and contractor inductions.
Role 2: Project & Construction Team Support Collaborate with the Project Manager and construction team to manage project documentation, scheduling, and communication.
Assist in preparing project notes, presentations, and reports.
Key Responsibilities Interact professionally with the team members and clients on-site.
Organise site visits, manage visitor logistics, and coordinate inductions for visitors and contractors.
Log and send induction invitations using The Company's systems (training provided).
Generate and edit project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
Perform general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling, and document control.
Order stationery and manage deliveries to site.
Skills & Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Previous experience in an administrative or project support role preferred.
