Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and team management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a large, diverse team and driving performance, innovation, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This includes allocating resources strategically to optimize production, reducing waste, and improving throughput.

Required Skills and Qualifications
\
A minimum NFQ Level 7 qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering, Science, or related discipline is required. At least 5 years' experience in a leadership role within high-volume manufacturing is also necessary.
\
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. A passion for developing people and driving operational excellence is also required.
