We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement through to candidate placement. This role involves building strong relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing top talent, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment process from initial briefing to placement and aftercare.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods.
* Advertise roles across job boards, social media, and professional networks.
* Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
* Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to clients.
* Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
* Maintain accurate records within the CRM/ATS system.
* Proactively develop new business opportunities and client accounts.
* Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs.
* Stay informed on market trends and industry developments.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a recruitment consultant or agency recruitment role.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Highly organised with strong time management skills.
* Target-driven and commercially minded.
* Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
* Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
* Confident using recruitment systems, job boards, and CRM platforms.
