This is an ideal next step for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving systems, and turning financial data into actionable insight. You’ll play a key role in shaping next-generation finance processes — from system optimisation and forecasting to digital reporting — while gaining exposure across multiple entities and senior stakeholders.

* Finance Systems Enhancement – Support the optimisation of group accounting systems to improve automation, data flow, and consolidation efficiency.
* Process & Control Improvement – Streamline intercompany, reporting, and reconciliation processes, ensuring strong governance and consistency across entities.
* Forecasting & Modelling – Develop and refine forecasting models for key business metrics, incorporating scenario planning and KPI tracking.
* Automation & Insight – Design data-driven reporting tools and dashboards that enhance visibility for management and investors.
* Entity Simplification – Assist with structural simplification projects and financial integration following acquisitions.
* Audit & Compliance – Support external audit, documentation, and statutory reporting requirements.
Core Responsibilities
* Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts and group-level reporting.
* Perform variance analysis and communicate key performance insights.
* Maintain financial controls and ensure robust process documentation.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve data accuracy and reporting speed.
* Participate in finance transformation and automation initiatives.
Skills & Experience
* Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), ideally 0–2 years PQE.
* Experience in a multi-entity or international environment preferred.
* Strong knowledge of financial statements and consolidation principles.
* Excellent Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with BI/reporting tools an advantage.
* Tech-curious mindset — enjoys improving systems and learning automation tools.
* Strong communicator, highly organised, and adaptable to a dynamic business environment.
Why This Role?
* Join a fast-growing, innovative global business at a key stage of its evolution.
* Gain early exposure to finance transformation, systems, and FP&A projects.
* Opportunity to build international experience in a forward-thinking finance team.
* Hybrid working and supportive, collaborative culture.
* Genuine career progression toward FP&A, systems, or finance leadership roles.
Remuneration:
A strong base salary, pension, and a hybrid working model will be offered to the successful candidate.
